Enrollment

 

  1. After the enrolment, the student officially becomes a student of Pázmány Péter Unified Dormitory after the successful admission procedure (or after being accepted from the waiting list). Actual move-in can take place at the same time as enrolment, but move-in without enrolment is not possible.
  2. The enrolment takes place at a time pre-determined by the Dormitory, but agreed with the enrolling student, between 9.00 and 15.00 on a working day, in the presence of the enrolling student and a representative of the PPKE.
  3. The enrolment process:
    1. The enrolled student and the PPKE representative will visit the student's room and inspect the technical condition, tidiness and cleanliness of the room.
    2. The enrolled student picks up the objects of use provided by the Dormitory and documented in Annex 1 (Handover Protocol) of the College Contract.
    3. The enrolling student signs the
      1. Dormitory contract;
      2. Annex 1 of the Dormitory contract (Handover Protocol)
    4. The student will use the room and the dormitory.
  4. For students with a permanent address abroad, the College offers the possibility to spend the night(s) before enrolment at the College if the date of arrival is not during working hours. For these night(s), the College will provide the enrolled person with a temporary room in one of the College buildings until the date of enrolment.
