Room check
- The room check is a regular inspection of the dormitory to assess the technical and hygienic condition of the dormitory rooms.
- Room checks are carried out by University staff - and by students delegated by the students' representatives - on a monthly basis, at least two days before the inspection (except in the cases specified in point 2.4 of the House Rules).
- The student does not need to be in his/her room at the time of the room check.
- The room check procedure:
- The room check staff will check
- the technical condition of the room;
- -the integrity and cleanliness of the furniture;
- -the electrical devices (whether they have been previously checked);
- -the general tidiness of all rooms (rooms, halls, toilets and bathrooms), the cleanliness of floors, tiles, toilets and taps;
- -the hygiene and cleanliness of the fridge.
- If the student is in the room, he/she can report any technical or other problems that he/she experiences.
- The room check staff will check
- If the room inspection reveals hygiene shortcomings or technical problems, the room occupants will be notified by the management of the College in the manner specified in the House Rules.
