Application results
- In the CEEPUS programme, the final decision on the applications is made by the National CEEPUS Office of the host country.
- Applicants can check the current status of their application in the application system.
- Applicants will receive a system message about the award of the scholarship (status: awarded by host NCO) or the rejection of the application (status: rejected by host NCO) to the email address provided during registration.
- The results for network applications are expected: in July after the June 15 deadline; in November-December after the October 31 round; in December-January after the submission of freemover applications by November 30.
- The applicant must provide feedback on the acceptance of the award to the Hungarian National Office of the host country.
- The process of accepting the application online: Manage your mobility applications > Academic year (drop-down menu) > Open a given application – open > Accept. The status of the application is then: Accepted by applicant.
- Shortly after, your Letter of Award will be issued and sent to you with an information package from the Hungarian National CEEPUS Office.
- In case of being rejected, you will be informed about the reason of the rejection via email.
Before your arrival
- If your application is positively assesed and you are awarded with a CEEPUS Grant, please contact the coordinators of the PPKE in due time before your arrival to Hungary and the start of your mobility. You can find the contact details of our coordinators here. Please contact first the Faculty coordinator of the relevant Faculty where you are going to study at.
- In case of a Network mobility, please contact the professional coordinator of the said Network too.
- You will receive the important information for your arrival, about the available courses, the university campus and the required administrative procedures from your Faculty coordinator.
- You are requested to fill in a Visiting Form (Visiroe's Request Form) before your arrival. You can download this form at the CEEPUS Forms - Incoming menu. You can fill in the personal data and the information on the mobility, and send the form (in a word format) to your Faculty coordinator. IMPORTANT! Please do not sign the form beforehand, as is must be signed and dated on your first day at PPKE in person, indicating your arrival to Hungary and the start of your mobility!
- You can schedule an appointment with your Faculty coordinator, to sign the document after you arrived.
- In case of Part-time studies (semester study) – Student Mobility (S), a Learning Agreement must be made, indicating the courses and corresponding credits taken at PPKE. You can download the Learning Agreement Form in the CEEPUS Forms - Incoming menu. The Learning Agreement must be signed by three parties: the Student, the Sending Insitution and the Receiving Institution.
- PPKE can offer limited available accommodation in its Dormitory to guest students. Please inform your Faculty coordinator about your need for a dormitory accommodation!
Receiving the grant
- You will be able to receive the grant payment only after arriving to Hungary, and having signed the Visiting Form in person with your Facuty coordinator.
- The grant is paid via a bank trasfer. (You will have to give your bank account details in the visiting form).
- The grant is primarily paid in HUF. If your bank account can not receive transfer in HUF, please indicate this at the corresponding part of the Form! Then the Grant will be transferred in EUR.
- The grant payment takes usually a few days to one week to be done after the signature of the Form.
- The grant is paid in one installment for the whole mobility in case of ST and STE mobilities. For a whole-semester Student Mobility (S) the grant is paid in monthly installments.
Reporting obligation when closing the mobility
1.Filling out the Online Mobility Report
- Participants are obliged to fill out the online report available on the website of the Central CEEPUS Office (www.ceepus.info) within 2 weeks of their arrival home. The Mobility report is only available for applications that have been accepted online - Accepted by applicant status!

2. Obtaining a Letter of Confirmation
- A document proving the scholarship holder's stay at a PPKE, which becomes available in the system at the same time as the Mobility Report. It is mandatory to fill it out. The scholarship holder is required to spend the study period at the host institution. This can only be interrupted in justified cases (holidays, exams) after prior notification and consent of the faculty and network CEEPUS coordinators and the coordinator of the host institution.
- Students are required to enter the courses completed and the credits received in the Letter of Confirmation.
- Attention! Only the form filled out in the ceepus.info system, downloaded from there and then printed out, which contains the unique QR code for the application, can be accepted! Other forms are not acceptable! The completed, printed Letter of Confirmation must be signed and stamped by the Student and the host coordinator, then uploaded to the online system and – if the scholarship holder requests it – a printed copy must be given to the scholarship holder. The sending home institution may request the presentation of the Letter of Confirmation.
- Please ensure that when printing and scanning after signing, the QR code remains legible in good quality and in its entirety (not cut off) at the bottom of the form!

3. (In case of part-time Student Mobility) Transcript of Records
- The Student is required to obtain a Transcript of Records document issued and stamped by the host institution, which confirms the credits completed.
- There is no standard form for this, each host university uses its own form.
- Students can ask for the Transcript of Redords document from their Faculty coordinator at PPKE. Participants will be given a signed and stamped official Transcript of Records proving the obtained credits at PPKE.
