Cooperation Agreement between our University and Nagoya University of Foreign Studies

Pázmány Péter Catholic University (PPKE) and Japan's Nagoya University of Foreign Studies (NUFS) have entered into an international Cooperation Agreement. The Agreement enables student exchange, faculty and staff mobility between the two Parties, as well as closer cooperation in the fields of education and research.

Pázmány Péter Catholic University (PPKE) and Japan's Nagoya University of Foreign Studies (NUFS) have entered into an international Cooperation Agreement. The Agreement enables student exchange, faculty and staff mobility between the two Parties, as well as closer cooperation in the fields of education and research.

Nagoya University of Foreign Studies has been a fast-growing university since its establishment in 1988, offering studies for its students in business and economics in addition to international studies. The university has two campuses, where students can choose from Japanese, English and American, French and Chinese Studies as well.

The relationship between the two Universities began in 2019, when the Parties signed a bilateral agreement, but the actual cooperation could not develop due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. The current contract is a continuation of this commitment, which enables closer cooperation between the two universities in the field of education and research, with activities such as student and staff exchanges, mobility between the Partners, joint research and the sharing of academic materials between the two Parties. The agreement was concluded by the Parties for an indefinite period.
