On the 20th of October, Colleagues from Pázmány Péter Catholic University participated in a Diaspora Conference, organized by the Hungarian Catholic Bishop’s Conference Hungarian Pastoral Service Abroad. The event was held at D50 Event Center in Budapest, and welcomed several participants from all over the world.

From our University, Dr. Bence Tamássy, Head of the Central Office for Foreign Affairs, and Tamás Hógenburg, Head of the International Relations Office at the Faculty of Humanities participated in the event and gave a presentation introducing PPKE and its foreign relations, as well as the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Programme, that gives a great opportunity for students with Hungarian roots, living in diaspora to continue higher education studies at Hungary. The Programme received a very positive reception from the audience.
