In parallel with the official programme of the the Hungarian government delegation in Cairo the inauguration ceremony has taken place of the two computer labs which provide the infrastructural background to starting the Computer Science Engineer and Info-Bionics Engineer master degree course in Egypt, according to the educational and research cooperation agreement signed by PPCU and the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center on the 15 November 2015. The opening of the state-of-art institution was scheduled to be at the same time as the visit of the Hungarian Prime Minister, ORBÁN Viktor at the facility with Dr. SZUROMI Szabolcs DSc., President of PPCU and His Eminence Metropolitan Bishoy, the Coptic Orthodox Metropolitan of Damietta. Simultaneously the unveiling ceremony of the granite plaque dedicated to the visit of Hungarian Prime Minister and the and Hungarian - Egyptian cooperation was performed. A great thanks goes to RAFIK S. Gabriel, CEO of the Modern Educational Services and Dr. SZUROMI Szabolcs DSc., President of PPCU for assisting in the journey of creating a new Egyptian higher education institution and reaching another significant milestone in its operation.
